Gregory was born in Ottawa and raised in Victoria where he presently resides. He began painting in 1996. A self-taught artist, he spent the last few years developing his style and skill by painting commissioned works.
He focuses on painting vibrantly colored landsapes, still life and elevating commonplace subjects to a grander scale. He derives his inspiration from the natural beauty that surrounds him in his immediate community and throughout British Columbia.
